The company was formed in 1994.

The Chief Executive is Alan Haley; the Company Secretary is Eamonn McArdle and the Head of Resourcing Practice is Bob Gilkes.

The company has shown continued, uninterrupted revenue-funded growth since its formation, with profits every year. It has no debt.  EUROPA was awarded the Investor in People accreditation in 2004.
